A positive approach to empower our teens in the digital age

The Esa Einai program is a groundbreaking initiative supporting Yeshiva students in navigating today’s complex Kedusha challenges. The program successfully engaged over 1,000 students from 150 Yeshivos in our pilot program last year, offering modest, constructive guidance on personal growth and technological challenges. By normalizing sensitive discussions, providing practical support, and creating a community-driven approach, the program helps young men develop healthy perspectives and coping strategies for the challenges of the digital age.

Together, let’s make the Esa Einai Initiative into a worldwide movement!

I found the new program
 for bochurim to be very,
very effective.

The program can make
a tremendous impact for
bochurim in dealing with Y”H.

RABBI SHOLOM KAMENETSKY,

It’s phenomenal. Helping even

GUIDELINES: 50 DAY CHALLENGE

The idea is to follow the guidelines below for at least 50 days. These 50 days should
ideally be consecutive, and can be anytime from the beginning of Shovavim until the
final event (around Rosh Chodesh Nissan).

For 50 days I will, bli neder:

  1. Not use unfiltered internet devices.

See the form this form for an easy way to get your devices filtered, or visit a local TAG office (see the dropdown at tag.org for a list of TAG offices worldwide). For filters recommended by TAG, see here.

  1. Make a conscious effort to guard my eyes. (I understand I won’t be perfect, but I will
put in real effort each day).

We suggest trying the YESOD Defense if you find that browsing the internet is causing you to see things you shouldn’t. We also suggest listening to the Vayimaen daily chizuk at (929) 585-3982 or watching their daily videos by joining GYE’s Chizuk Whatsapp Group (click here).

  1. Read – and try to implement – the daily chizuk tips.

You can receive the tips each day via email, text, or Whatsapp by signing up here. You can can also read the daily tips in the online Esa Einai Book, or through this website’s blog.

  1. Shmiras Habris. It gets easier the more we hold back!

GYE has a hotline for chizuk and tools to help you get through challenging times.
Dial 646-GYE-6600 (646-493-6600) and then press 2, then 5.

Optional (but strongly suggested for those who struggle a lot):
Sign up at guardyoureyes.com (free & anonymous) to get access to the
tools and support that have helped tens of thousands of Jews of all ages.
